Nutella and Toffee Dessert Cheeseball

My family is huge cheeseball fanatics. My husband loves the traditional cheeseball, I love the white cheddar cheeseballs, and my son can devour a shrimp cheeseball in no time at all. But, until recently we hadn't tried the dessert cheeseballs yet. I kept seeing the cake batter cheeseballs all over pinterest and so decided to make my creation of a Nutella and toffee dessert cheeseball.

My son is crazy over nutella, so I decided that would make a great base to mix with the cream cheese. And since we love my caramel dip so much I decided to roll it in Heath toffee bits. Add some pretzels to dip it in and you have a delicious sweet and salty combination that is perfect to serve as a fun snack or dessert.

It only takes about 10 minutes to make, but you do want to give yourself time to let it set up. You can always make it up the night before you need it and just pull it out of the fridge when you are ready to serve.

Start with 1 package of cream cheese that has softened a bit. Mix in 1 cup of nutella.

Once the nutella and cream cheese are fully mixed place it in greased plastic wrap. Wrap up the plastic wrap until it is in a ball shape.

Place on a small plate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until firm. Once it is firm remove the ball from the plastic wrap. Pour out about 1/4 cup Heath toffee pieces on waxed paper. Gently roll the ball through the toffee pieces until all the sides are coated.

Place back on plate and serve with pretzels. Skip the boring desserts for your next gathering and try this Nutella and toffee dessert cheeseball. Everyone will love it!
