How To Make Homemade Wrinkle Release Spray
To make the homemade wrinkle releaser you will need a few things.
- Spray Bottle (I love these from Amazon)
- Fabric Softener (Any brand)
I have tried different kinds of fabric softener and can't tell the difference, so I just stick with the cheapest or on sale that week.
Also if you travel a lot you may want to make up an airplane approved sized plastic spray bottle to travel with you too. My husband loves the DIY wrinkle release spray when he has to travel for work.
Getting Started Making Wrinkle Releaser
To get started you will measure out 2 tablespoons of the fabric softener and 2 cups of water into a container that is easy to pour from.
Mix it together until the water is blended in. Then, pour in a spray bottle.
Place the top back on the spray bottle and you are ready to use your DIY wrinkle release spray.
Using The Homemade Wrinkle Releaser
Whenever your laundry is a bit wrinkled just grab the spray bottle of homemade wrinkle release and give it a few shakes to mix it up.
Then, spray a generous amount on the garment and brush your fingers over it.
The wrinkles disappear and within a few minutes, the item is dry. Plus, it makes your clothes smell great too.
I love to have a bottle of the homemade wrinkle releaser in my closet for wrinkled clothes.
It's also great to put in a small travel bottle and carry it with you on trips.
