    sales cycle guide

Are you trying to save your family more money? Want to spend less at the grocery store each week? What if I told you that you could save $100's each year on groceries with one simple trick? Yup, that's right one simple trick. Not a lot of work, not clipping thousands of coupons (I gave up on the crazy couponing years ago!) and not multiple trips to the store. This trick has been working for me for years.

About seven years ago I came across an article that completely changed the way I shop. I was looking for ways to save money and the article suggested waiting until things are on sale, then stocking up. They suggested buying at least three months worth of products to really save. Spending more to save money. Sounds crazy right? I tried it for a couple of weeks and it worked. I went from spending $125 a week to less than $50. The best part is it doesn't take a lot of time. You can easily save your family $100's each year with this same simple tip.

Each month you can find out what the best sales are that month and really stock up. You can often buy items at over 50 percent off. To help you save each month I made an easy printable. So, if you want to start saving more on your grocery bill you can just print the paper and then watch for the deals each month. If you know your family loves breakfast bars and they are on a great sale that month, stock up. Before long you will have a nice stockpile of food that you have bought at the best prices.

Head on over here to print the what to buy and when guide to really stock up on and save this year.

Want more ways to save money on your grocery bill? You can see 8 freezer meals for under $40 or 5 meaty meals for under $35. I highly recommend Grocery University if you are really looking to cut your grocery bill. It's a $9.99 class that can help you lower your grocery bill. It's totally worth the money and has a full money back guarantee. You can head on over here to sign up and start saving!

This is such a great resource, thank you for sharing!

Do you have another resource you use to know which prices are good, stock up prices on items? I'm afraid that I will see a sale, get a 3 month stock up, and then it ends up not being the best stock up price. Does that make sense? LOL, I hope so!

Your welcome! I don't have anything that has the prices, I have thought about making something like that in the future. Unfortunately, prices are often so different state to state.

Krazy Coupon Lady website. Go to deals, click on the item and she has a system that uses pyramids to show how many months you should stock based on the price.

For the produce when you stock up do you have any tips about how to preserve them to last three months?

Thank you for your tips though I will be trying this. 🙂

Hi Ashley, it is hard to preserve produce for months at a time. Some things like apples, oranges, and squash last a while without spoiling. I tend to buy those in winter months when produce is a little more expensive. I also freeze fruits and veggies to help them last longer. You can also can fruits and vegetables, but you do need all the canning supplies for that which is why I prefer freezing. I hope that helps.
