Start by mixing up the onion, salt, bread crumbs, and eggs in a large bowl.
Then add the 2 pounds of ground beef until completely mixed.
You can form the meatballs by hand or I prefer to use a cookie scoop for a less messy approach to making the meatballs. Place all the freezer meatballs in a freezer safe container and label the container.
Then store the container in the freezer.
When you are ready to cook the freezer meatballs you can remove them from the freezer and let them thaw. Then bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until done.
