the easiest way to save on christmas shopping

I can't believe Christmas is just around the corner. It's only about 3 months away. Before you know it Thanksgiving will be here and then the days will just fly by until Christmas. If you are doing some shopping between now and Christmas I have a great tip to save money. It doesn't take a lot of time and the savings can really add up.

Whether you shop 'til you drop during the holidays or you just buy a couple of things you can still easily save money with this tip. It's easy to do and you can do it all from the comfort of your own home. Check out the easiest way to save on Christmas shopping.

Imagine if you could get money back on all your online shopping? With Ebates you can. It's very simple. Ebates is a cash back program that rewards you for shopping online. You can earn up to 40% cash back on what you spend by using Ebates. Think Ibotta for online shopping. You don’t save the money when you check out. You get money back in the form of a check or Paypal.

Get your home holiday ready!

Get your home clean and organized for Christmas with this simple holiday cleaning checklist.

If you use ebates for your Christmas shopping you can earn cash back on all the things you buy during the holiday season. You can save money at stores like Old Navy, Kohl's, and JC Penney's. This gets you money back after some already fantastic Black Friday deals. I have found that most of the stores I shop at offer around 6 to 8 percent cash back. That's pretty good for just a minute of my time.

So how does it work? When you need to do some online shopping just head on over to Ebates. Check to see if the store that you are going to shop at is on Ebates. Then click the store’s shop now button. You can go on ahead and do your shopping like you would. Ebates will send you an email to let you know how much you have earned.  Every quarter you will get cash back either by check or Paypal. Like I said it only takes a second to save!

If you don't already have an ebates account just head over here to sign up. You can get a $10 bonus for signing up and shopping. Even if you don’t shop online that much you will probably make a little cash with Ebates. My last check from ebates was around $30 and I don't do that much online shopping. Plus, ebates has a deal going now where you can get $50 back when two of your friends sign up and make their first purchase.

So sign up and get started saving this holiday season. You can use the cash back to start saving for Christmas next year. What are your tips for saving money on holiday shopping?

How do you get a check from Ibotta? Here, they offer gift cards or cash put into a pay pal account. I would prefer a check like Checkout 51 sends, not gift cards. I also heard negative things about Pay Pal so I would rather not have an account that links to my checking account.
