Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and cook stirring every 30 seconds until melted.

  • Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil to melted chocolate and stir well to mix.

  • Spoon over ice cream and watch it harden in under 30 seconds.

  • Store homemade magic shell topping in a glass jar at room temperature for up to one week.
