I love the fall season and all it offers like cool weather, pumpkins and apples. Ever since a friend introduced me to this dip I have been completely in love. It is so creamy and rich. It's almost more of a cheesecake taste than caramel. The kids will happily finish their apples when you serve it with this amazing caramel toffee dip.
Mix one 8 oz. package of cream cheese with about 8 oz. of caramel. I love the Marzetti Brand caramel, but you can use any kind. Blend well until the mixture is smooth.
Spread the mixture out on a plate and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
While it is in the fridge break up one Heath bar. I just leave it in the wrapper and run a rolling pin over it a couple of times. After 20 minutes, remove the cream cheese mixture from the refrigerator and spoon 1/4 cup caramel over it.
Sprinkle the dip with the Heath bar crumbles.
Serve with an apple for a yummy side or dessert. It's also fantastic with some pretzels. Of course, then I can't pretend it's a side. 😉

Heath is my favorite! This dip looks so yummy, and the perfect addition to an apple. Although, maybe it defeats the purpose of eating the apple in the first place? Oh well 😉 Thank you for sharing at Merry Monday!!
